- The Foundation’s management may terminate a mentorship at any time if it is deemed necessary.
- Mentors may terminate their mentorship with written notice to the Foundation’s management
- Mentors and mentees must evaluate and provide feedback on the mentorship program.
- The Foundation’s management will use this feedback to improve the mentorship program.
- The foundation’s management will match mentors with mentees based on their needs and goals.
- Mentors and mentees may request a change in their match if it is not working out.
- Mentors and mentees must communicate regularly and respectfully.
- Mentors and mentees must respond to each other’s messages and requests in a timely manner.
- Any conflicts between mentors and mentees must be reported to the foundation’s management.
- The foundation’s management will mediate any conflicts and make a decision.
- The foundation’s management may terminate a mentorship at any time if it is deemed necessary.
- Mentors may terminate their mentorship with written notice to the foundation’s management.
- Mentors and mentees must evaluate and provide feedback on the mentorship program.
- The foundation’s management will use this feedback to improve the mentorship program.
- Mentors who demonstrate exceptional commitment and dedication to their mentees may be recognized and rewarded by the foundation.
- Recognition and rewards may include certificates, awards, or public recognition.
- Mentors must sign a confidentiality agreement before starting their mentorship.
